Week 22

And the First Week of School!

The tummy seemed to do a lot of growing last week, and I think that will continue in the next few weeks.

Let's see what Baby is up to this week....The size of a papaya, and one whole pound!! The baby is on a sleep schedule, sleeping about 12-14 hours a day. The Baby also apparently finds my voice and soft music soothing, hummm...not Buster's barking?? He/she is also developing teeth, under the gums and their senses. He/she also has eyes now....didn't know they didn't have eyes until now! Other than that Baby is just moving and kicking and twisting and turning and gaining weight in there:)

Mama is starting school...enough said! I am feeling good most of the day, but my back and sometimes my legs and feet ache by the end of a work day. On a good note, perhaps the long tiring days are helping me sleep at night, and I like my sleep, so no complaining here!

Baby Preparations: The room is painted!!! And the dresser is in the room!!! And the rocker glider is in the room!!! We still have lots of work to do...the fabric for the curtains came in, but they need to be made, and we need to figure out what to do with the cushions for the rocker, and lots of other things, but the walls are so pretty - looks like a baby room:)

I have been measuring the circumference of my belly, and it grew one whole inch this week - wow!
